CREATE is a team of senior civil engineering students at Valparaiso University. Our mission is to practice and improve our engineering skills as we design innovative solutions to wastewater and transportation problems in the neighborhoods of Pavas and San Sebastian in San Jose, Costa Rica. CREATE also seeks to establish a collaborative network including members of the VU community, the University of Costa Rica, and other partners to enable the continuation of this project.

CREATE is seeking financial partners to help realize our design solutions. Funds will pay for construction materials, labor costs, and a portion of the travel costs for the delegation from VU. CREATE gratefully accepts any personal and corporate monetary donations, and we invite you to keep us in your prayers.
